This project consists of the integrated alterations & additions development of the established winery to develop a new courtyard canopy to provide year round weather protection for the central courtyard space whilst maintaining ample access to the picturesque Broken Back Range that surrounds Leogate Estate Wines. With a view the envy of the local wineries, Leogate Estate embarked on their journey to create a premium space for their guests to enjoy and soak up the natural beauty right on their door step.
ATB Morton worked closely with Leogate Estate to develop a design that reflected their rich history and was sympathetic to their existing estate design & aesthetic while ensuring their guests are entertained in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The final design has captured the beauty of the clean and premium design of the estate by leveraging open visual access to all of the surrounding vistas, allowing guests to take in the amazing natural landscape that surrounds the estate.
To deliver the final design, Leogate has engaged ATB Morton’s full range of services and products including a bespoke design & construction package to craft all steel framing, glazing & composite panel installation ensuring our valued client is provided with a full turnkey development.
