Project Description

The latest in ATB Morton’s turnkey service providing a bespoke Land & Build package to suit our clients needs.

This project consisted of the design and construction of a maintenance workshop and office across a challenging sloping site.

Featuring a raised visitor and employee carpark at the higher entry level, with accessible ramps down to the lower workshop and office level.

A large heavy vehicle compliant driveway ramp ensures up to semi-trailers can access the lower workshop and hardstand areas. A large concrete hardstand is adjacent to the workshop with an additional rear storage hardstand area to compliment the workshop space.

Rear retaining ensures that the site is maximised to provide level areas adjacent to the workshop for optimum practicality and usability.

The office was designed to be a flexible open office with hard wearing modern finishes. The perimeter windows and surrounding ramps were designed to ensure maximum solar entry to the office whilst still addressing the challenging sloping site conditions.
