ATB Morton was engaged to undertake a design and construction for a turnkey light industrial development in the growing Gateway Industrial Estate at Morisset. Joining recently completed ATB Morton projects at Gateway Estate for Toshiba & UGM, this light industrial warehouse with a two storey office building has delivered new high eave height warehouse capabilities within the growing Morisset industrial hub to service the thriving western Lake Macquarie community.

Featuring a unique high eave height tucked into the surrounding hill side on its eastern boundary, it represents a complimentary development designed to maximise the site potential while providing minimal visual impact.

A simple but modern design compliments the long driveway approach leading to this rear warehouse facility off Venture Close. This development was delivered utilising ATB Morton’s full range of services and products from building design, approvals, steel & precast panel fabrication and fit out construction ensuring our client is provided with a turnkey development ready for leasing.

The two storey office has picturesque views of the Hunter Valley mountain ranges to the west, views which adorn the new first floor boardroom and ground floor reception. The two first floor offices adjacent to the open office space on the eastern boundary benefit from complementary bushland reserve outlooks creating a sense of landscaping not otherwise present for a first floor office.

The facility includes access for semi trailers to this contemporary full height precast concrete panel building, presenting a clean and light filled warehouse or workshop space for its new tenants.
