ATB Morton has worked with Star Property Investments on behalf of their manufacturing division to undertake the required land acquisition, multi-lot consolidation and design & construction of a state of the art advanced manufacturing aluminium extrusion facility consisting of a 10,500sqm main processing facility and 3,000sqm secondary warehouse & distribution facility. This large-scale manufacturing facility will represent another step in establishing new local advanced manufacturing facilities in the Hunter & Tomago, leveraging cutting edge automation & quality control to ensure competitive production & efficiencies to enable robust competition with global suppliers.
ATB Morton has been engaged to deliver this turnkey development ranging from initial concept and feasibility analysis, land acquisition, lot consolidation & leading the design through all council approvals and certification. As the head contractor, ATB Morton will be responsible for the construction delivery of this intricate manufacturing facility. With a range of specialist foundations, automation, high voltage connections and industrial service grade gas connections, this facility is testament to ATB’s diverse abilities & project management team to deliver highly customised facilities & tailored developments addressing the key operational requirements for our clients.
