ATB Morton was approached by Toshiba to establish a new purpose built advanced industrial workshop, office and training centre within the greater Hunter region with a desire to be in a close proximity to the electrical network infrastructure assets and clients that they service.
ATB Morton sourced multiple land options & prepared various concept designs for the establishment of a new Hunter based facility including the ultimately successful proposal for a land acquisition, design, construction & lease project within the growing Morisset industrial estate. ATB Morton provided a full one stop shop turn-key solution for Toshiba including concept & feasibly modelling, land acquisition, architectural design, engineering, construction and furniture & fitout works.
ATB Morton is delighted to have helped pave the way for the relocation of Toshiba / PGSR to the Hunter.
