We recently partnered with Leadership & Performance Partners who brought four unique workshops to our cohort of emerging leaders from various divisions across the ATB Morton Group.
The program began with each participant completing a DISC Leadership Assessment, followed by a one-on-one debrief to explore their individual leadership strengths and areas for development. This process helps build self-awareness and sets the foundation for growth.
Each workshop was centered around important business and leadership topics including theme, with the following being addressed::
– Influencing through Leadership Behaviours
– Developing Teams and People
– Continuous Improvement and Decision Making
– Safety Leadership and Risk Management

Leadership is an integral part of our organisation and we’re looking forward to witnessing our first round of participants grow and evolve within our workforce. The ATB Morton Group is invested in future growth, and look forward to seeing more staff embark on programs such as this in the future.
