Lot 10 Epsom Drive represents the final development within ATB Morton’s recently completed industrial subdivision in Tomago.

Comprising a 207sqm ground floor office and 1530sqm workshop, the last remaining lot still accommodates a large concrete pavement area with ample space for Semi trailer access on site and external storage needs.

The workshop consists of clear span portal frame construction with a full height precast panel wall to one façade and remaining utilising secure but economical dado panel & cladding walls.
