ATB Morton’s latest Land & Build development consists of the design & construction of a new maintenance & office facility in the ever popular Cameron Park Industrial estate & represents one of the final development opportunities in this sought after precinct.
The final design was chosen to address the sloping site constraints and allows for a dedicated staff and visitor car park access at the street level, with a dedicated walkway linking to the lower level office and workshop facility. With perimeter glazing and the eastern orientation of the office the sunken lower building height has allowed for the optimum usage of the site. Keeping the constraints of the sloping site in mind, ATB Morton ensured that all required Heavy vehicle traffic can traverse the site and access the large rear pavement and hardstand areas adjacent to the workshop.
The workshop has been tailored to our clients needs with multiple large roller door openings fronting the access pavement and driveway and a secluded private courtyard space for employee use. The use of precast concrete panels to the office creates a clean and modern façade while the dado panel workshop walls offer the perfect blend of peace of mind security and affordability.
The office represents a simple compact design befitting the scale of the development and utilises large open office space to ensure adequate natural light fills the office spaces creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
