Staff from across all divisions of the ATB Group recently gathered in Business Strategy Presentation sessions. The sessions were presented by Allan Morton (Managing Director), Rob Aitken (Chief Financial Officer) and Mark Feeney (Chief Operations Officer) and were held with the aim of informing all staff of our recently redefined purpose and values in line with our 5 year business plan and the steps we will be taking to make positive improvements throughout the ATB Group moving forward.
As part of the sessions, Allan gave a brief run down of the history of the ATB Group which is paramount to the decisions surrounding why and how we do what we do. We’re looking forward to building on the history of the ATB Group and working towards consistently improving our performance and enabling growth and positive change throughout the business in the years to come.
