Project Overview:

A state-of-the-art facility, requiring the reclamation of 8,900m2 of land, was developed for Aurecon’s Northern NSW headquarters. The turnkey development consisted of the construction of a large corporate office with industrial facilities including: oil testing laboratory, environmental laboratory, high voltage testing laboratory, specialised asbestos laboratory, mechanical workshop, wash bay and an auxiliary stores building.

Working in close collaboration with the customer, ATB Morton sourced the best available land, meeting the clients specific requirements. Key to the success of this development was the high quality design and construction package provided by ATB Morton, along with a flexible lease back arrangement that accommodates the customers long term business needs.

The large corporate office space can accommodate up to 80+ employees and includes a corporate reception, boardroom facility, teleconference facilities, meeting rooms, modern breakout spaces, kitchen and staffroom facilities.
