Project Overview:

ATB Morton recently won the contract to construct a $5.3million Service Centre at Kooragang, NSW. The development is situated on the arterial road to Port Stephens with over 30,000 vehicles passing by the development each day. The development consists of two key stages:

  • Stage 1 – The construction of a Coles Express & Coolabah Restaurant (770m2), heavy vehicle canopy (270m2) and a light vehicle canopy (545m2).
  • Stage 2 – The construction of a state-of-the-art Bay Wash car wash facility, offering modern vehicle washing facilities on a 24hr basis.
