Project Overview:

To meet the needs of an expanding Auto Auction business, Marjac Developments contracted ATB Morton to design and construct a 5,820m2 Auto Auction facility at Steel River Industrial Estate, Newcastle. The Auction facility is located off a main arterial road accommodating high traffic flow and b-double access.

The development comprised of two main areas:

  • Main building – large warehouse, administration offices and auction area
  • Services building – wash bay with auto/manual washing facilities, vehicle detailing area, mechanical service bays and workshop office space.

ATB Morton with its in-house planning resources, consolidated lots across 3 sites, working closely with the land developer to ensure the development was tailored to suit the leasing arrangements
