Project Overview:

ATB Morton was engaged to present a detailed design & construction package, which included the initial design optimisation, development consent modification and final construction for a bespoke inner city industrial units development. This unique project featured intricate design works to facilitate construction around an existing on site tenant, existing services and historical usage. The project included;

Construction of 14 light industrial units
Industrial units ranged from 95sqm to 116sqm
Each unit comes equipped with amenities & mezzanines
All units are fully serviced and NBN ready
Construction and upgrade of existing external concrete pavement areas

The project included detailed construction of the full height precast panel industrial units. All units have full height precast panel dividing walls with capability for removal of internal walls to facilitate larger combined units if required.

Structural steel mezzanines are provided to all units with steel framed access stairs. Dedicated amenities are provided to each unit for independent tenants and operators.

New dedicated on site car parking has been provided off the common access driveway including dedicated heavy vehicle parking & unloading spot for use by all occupiers.

A new upgraded incoming electrical connection has been provided to service not only the new rear industrial units but to also benefit the existing building users.
