Project Overview:
ATB Morton was engaged to deliver a land & build, design & construction project to create a dual tenant refrigerated & dry store facility in Tomago NSW. The project consisted of the lands sale and subsequent design and construction of this purpose built facility. Featuring a large clear span warehouse with three large scale freezers, a shared cross dock facility for the two tenants, dry store and blast freezer capacity this presented a combination of uses and use cases.
