We recently had an enthusiastic group of women from the Habitat for Humanity Habitat Women program touring some of our Tomago businesses to gain an understanding of the workings of manufacturing facilities.
The program empowers women with a positive learning experience which builds their confidence and skills in a way that leads to employment in maintenance and repairs in the building and construction industry.
The group toured CIA Precast & Steel, Hunter Galvanizing and Advanciv; it was great to see their curiosity about the processes they were witnessing in each different business with lots of great questions firing throughout the morning.
