Leveraging the key assets of the ATB Morton Group across building design, project management, precast panels & steel – this development will deliver a final 3 building, 15 factory unit reinvigoration of this industrial site. Together with our client we have worked to re-imagine this site for the growing Cardiff precinct; this has resulted in a modern façade design addressing both street frontages with ample access and lighting for all unit holders.
