ATB Morton has been engaged to deliver a custom designed refrigeration & ice production facility at Tomago in one of our latest Land & Build developments. With this project, we will be providing a full turn key project for our client tailored to their tenants requirements for this unique dual tenancy facility. The building has been designed by ATB Morton’s internal building design team to suit the distinct requirements of each tenants operations.
The facility has been designed to accommodate specialist ice production equipment and has a range of chilled and frozen storage for the two tenants, a shared cross dock with associated sunken loading dock furnished with dock levellers and additional wash bay & dry stores at the rear. Utilising a mix of load bearing tilt panel walls, trusses and portal frames to ensure the facility is capable of delivering the operational spaces & clearances required for the mix of tenants, specialist plant & equipment was at the forefront of the engineering design for this facility. ATB’s project team has worked closely with all parties from our client to the final end users to ensure that the completed facility will meet their exacting standards.
This facility is another example of the ATB Morton Group delivering a customised design and construction facility for our client leveraging the various divisions of the group ranging from steel & precast fabrication right through to readymix concrete & civil products led by our experienced project management and site teams.
